The suit filed by the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, against the Federal Government of Nigeria, challenging his suspension from office, of the Federal Supreme Court transferred to the National Industrial Court of Nigeria.
The transfer announced to reporters on Tuesday, followed the judgment of Justice Gabriel Kolawole, who last week Tuesday declined jurisdiction over the case and ordered the transfer on the grounds that it was a labor related topic.
Televisions channels after a telegraph sent by judiciary correspondent, Shola Soyele, about the status of the case, the Public affairs Officer of the National Industrial Court & Protocol, Obisesan, Mr O'sullivan on Tuesday, a certificate stating that the file was received on the National Industrial Court, Abuja Division on Friday, May 23, 2014.
The suit is now for the President of the Court, Hon Justice B Adejumo, sitting in Court 1.
The suit comes up for hearing on Friday, 30 May.
Hearing announcements since then have been issued and served on the parties and counsel in the costume.
Mr Sanusi was suspended on charges of financial recklessness. He denies the allegation.
